I'm going through my vinyl collection and recording them onto my IMac. I got to record no 42 Barclay James Harvest Live "Special Double Album Set - £2.94" Haven't played it for decades. Seen you a couple of times, my wife Cheryl always remembers sitting next to Wooly and chatting in the student bar at Bradford Uni.Them were the days. Sorry about your sad loss Sleep tight Stuart & Mel!

It is always sad when a member of a music band you love passes away, no matter what the circumstances but it is as equally sad when a friend of 45 years, an avid BJH fan all those years, passes away.
My friend Ian Johnson from Rhyl, formerly Stretford, Manchester, passed away peacefully this morning at St. Kentigern Hospice, St Asaph after succumbing to agressive cancer.
I thank Ian for introducing me to the fantastic music of Brclay James Harvest & this is why I wanted to place this message on the website.

A reunification between John and Les! The Formers of Barclay James Harvest both finally back together! I Love John's Songs/Lyrics and Les's Songs & Lyrics and its still a strange feeling to join seperate Concerts since the split up! I´ve heard from Wooly Wolstenholme, i´m very sad about it, but nevertheless BJH is in my ears and eyes, in my head and especially in my heart! Your music has taken me through my youth and nowadays, if I only been thinking about Poor Mans Moody Blues, little teardrops remaining me to the time of my youth. Thank you for your Music, it reached the hearts of the men. Today, when I´m nearly 47 Years old, I still love to hear your music.
Be well and now my Son learns to hear your music with his 9 years old .
